14-Week Half Marathon Programs

Here are the half marathon programs we've devised based on a 14 week schedule. All the programs are based on milage except the 2 hour program (which includes pacing in min/mile as well.)

Unlike with the other programs based on hours/week - these do not have strength training programs built in. However, I suggest you go to the gym and do some calisthenics! Check out our Exercise Guide for more info.
